Technology Center

The Technology Center is designed as a place for our clients to come and interact with iTeknique. Within this center is our client work order center (iTekWorkWeb). A client of iTeknique can enter in a work order and watch as a technician is assigned and monitor their project as it goes through the system.

Also in the Technology Center is iTeknique's Email Archiving and Quarantine Center. Here, a client, who is using iTeknique's Advanced Email Content Filtering and Archiving software, can login and view their archived or quarantined email.

Cpanel is iTeknique's Central Maintenance Center for our web hosting clients to manage their own websites. From Cpanel, a client can manage:

Add/Edit users
Change passwords
Modify DNS
Manage website
Edit Email and calendaring options
Setup Email groups
Setup and maintain spam filters
Manage website reporting
Setup and maintain chat rooms and bulletin boards
Setup and manage MySQL databases
Setup and manage PHP
